Are you aware the machine age has been reinvented by Patrick Fisher?

Because of the 250% dwell induced in the Fisher Engine, fuel economy has been doubled in reciprocating engines. The CMC423 RR has been tested now (one year ago) and driven 60,000 km without wear after tare-down. Toyota and Saab were the testing agents. Considering the Fisher invention (a mechanical improvement over the CMC) will solve the oil crisis cheaply (returning 78 billion per year back to the economy) why are the politicians and car manufacturers so resistant?
